Digital Vibezz reserves the right to request a signed agreement for larger or longer-term engagements before work commences.

3. Website Use

Digital Vibezz provides digital marketing solutions, including digital products and freelance services. Users are permitted to browse the website and purchase products or services, provided they comply with these terms. Any misuse, unauthorised access, or prohibited activities, including distributing or modifying content without permission, are strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Transactions

Payments for digital products purchased through our website are processed securely. Digital Vibezz does not store payment details. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate billing information.

Payments for freelance services are governed by our Terms of Sale, including deposit requirements, invoice payment terms, and late payment conditions. By engaging our freelance services, you agree to those terms in full.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared in the course of working together, including but not limited to business strategies, client data, pricing, and unpublished content. This obligation remains in effect for a period of two years after the end of the working relationship.

Digital Vibezz will not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services (for example, passing a brief to a contracted designer or developer).

6. Non-solicitation

During the term of any active engagement and for a period of 12 months after its conclusion, neither party shall directly solicit or attempt to hire the other party's employees, contractors, or key business contacts introduced through the working relationship, without prior written consent.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Digital Vibezz is committed to delivering professional, high-quality work in line with agreed briefs and timelines. However, our services are provided without guarantees of specific business outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and client-side execution, that are beyond our control.

Digital Vibezz makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is explicitly stated in a project proposal or service agreement.

8. Third-party tools and platforms

Digital Vibezz uses a range of third-party tools and platforms to deliver its services, including scheduling, automation, analytics, and design software. While we select tools carefully, we cannot be held liable for outages, data loss, or changes in functionality caused by third-party platforms outside our control.

Where third-party platform issues directly affect agreed deliverables, Digital Vibezz will communicate proactively and work to find an alternative solution.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under Spanish law and applicable EU regulations, including GDPR and EU Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions. International clients agree to comply with local laws where applicable.

14. Force Majeure

Digital Vibezz shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, platform outages, or government actions.
